Introduction

Motorhome Pig (“we”, “us”, or “our”) trading as Grasscroft Associates, provides vehicle owners with a private assisted sales service to help them sell their vehicle. Our office is located at The Old Clay Works, Rosemary Lane, Halifax, HX3 9BS.

Agreeing to the Terms

By using our private assisted sales service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom to use our services. All information provided must be accurate, complete, and current.

Service Description

We provide a private assisted sales service to help you sell your vehicle. This involves assisting with the advertising, marketing, and negotiation process, but we do not purchase vehicles directly from owners. You will enter into a direct sale transaction with the buyer, facilitated by our services.

Vehicle Information

You must provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle, including any defects, prior accidents, or insurance claims. It is your responsibility to disclose all pertinent information about the vehicle’s condition to potential buyers and Motorhome Pig.

Valuation and Payment

The valuation of your vehicle will be conducted by us, and the offered price will be based on our assessment of the vehicle’s condition, market value, and other relevant factors. The final sale price will be agreed upon along with any negotiations by us, confirmed with you. You may not agree to any payment outside of our service during the commitment period. All sale and payment arrangements must be through Motorhome Pig.

Commitment Period and Exclusivity

By using Motorhome Pig private assisted sales service, you agree to a commitment period during which you must not arrange any payments or deals on your vehicle without notifying us or allowing us to manage the transaction. Once you have committed to using our services, you cannot sell the vehicle outside of our service.

During the commitment period, you are responsible for showing your vehicle to potential buyers, but all negotiations and payment arrangements must be handled by Motorhome Pig. If a buyer decides to purchase your vehicle, you must contact us immediately. We will arrange for the payment to be made directly to you by the buyer. You must not handle the payment process independently.

Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the termination of our services and potential legal action to recover any losses incurred by Motorhome Pig due to breach of this agreement.

Buyer Terms & Conditions

Motorhome Pig operates as a facilitation service connecting private vehicle sellers with prospective buyers. Motorhome Pig is not the owner, seller, or guarantor of any vehicles listed, nor do we provide warranties or assume liability for the condition or performance of any vehicle.

Private Sale Disclaimer: All vehicles facilitated through Motorhome Pig are sold on a “sold as seen” basis. As this is a private sale, Motorhome Pig holds no responsibility for any issues arising with the vehicle post-purchase. It is the buyer’s responsibility to conduct all necessary inspections, checks, and due diligence before finalising the purchase. Any after-sale communication, claims, or disputes must be directed exclusively to the seller.

Liability Waiver: Motorhome Pig expressly disclaims any liability for vehicle condition, defects, or performance. By proceeding with the purchase, the buyer acknowledges that Motorhome Pig is not responsible for any post-sale issues or repairs.

Non-Refundable Consultation Fee: Motorhome Pig consultation and facilitation fee are non-refundable, irrespective of the sale outcome or any subsequent vehicle condition.

Data Protection

We respect your privacy and commit to protecting your personal data. The information collected during the transaction will be used solely for the purpose of assisting with the sale and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Liability

We are not liable for any discrepancies in the information provided by you regarding the vehicle. It is your duty to ensure all provided information is correct.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate our services if we discover that the information provided is inaccurate or if the transaction is not in compliance with these terms.

Amendments
